Rule 31
May Prohibit The Activities
(1) If any activities conducted or going to be conducted within the Conservation Area has made adverse impact
or seems possibility of the effect on the land-use, public health, protection of the natural environment and natural resources of the Conservation Area, the Council may issue a written order to stop or prohibit or to reform the such activities.
(2) The order that has been issued as pursuant to Sub-rule (1) shall clearly mention the reason for stopping, prohibiting or reforming such activities.
